Responsibilities

Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with referrals sources Communicate with and make in-person visits to referral sources such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and physician offices Communicate and/or meeting with patients and families to discuss our services Other functions necessary to complete the goals of home health marketer/liaison Monitor conversion ratios regarding sales performance and business development call to direct referral sources and collect and analyze data to prepare weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Demonstrates excellent communications, negotiation, and public relations skills Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility and cooperation in performing job responsibilities A minimum of three to five years of sales experience, preferably in the home health or hospice Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations Frequent car travel requires the incumbent to possess and maintain a valid driver's license Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test Job Type: Full-time Pay: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
