Position Summary

Blue Medical Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Medical Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission-based sales position with unlimited earning potential for individuals who are passionate about sales and building long-term relationships within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable developing new business while managing existing client relationships. Experience selling capital medical equipment, healthcare services, or medical devices is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, medical practices, imaging centers, surgical centers, and specialty clinics.
• Build lasting relationships with physicians, administrators, purchasing departments, and healthcare executives.
• Schedule and conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately track opportunities.
• Collaborate with manufacturers and internal leadership throughout the sales process.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and equipment recommendations.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to ensure exceptional service.
• Stay current on industry trends, healthcare technology, and competitor offerings.
• Represent Blue Medical Solutions with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (medical sales strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Microsoft Office, and email communication.
