What You'll Do

• Connect with warm leads who've already requested an insurance quote no cold calling.
• Build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and recommend the right coverage.
• Partner with our inbound team to close business efficiently.
• Track your pipeline, follow up consistently, and celebrate every win.
• Hit personal and team sales targets and daily activity standards. What We Offer
• Pay: $36,000 base + $1,000$6,000 in monthly bonuses (uncapped). On-target earnings: $48K$112K.
