Qualifications

:

• Sales experience = setting Test Drive appointments & product knowledge
• Languages spoken = English and Spanish
• Call Center Experience = high volume incoming & outgoing calls
• Team player & organized BDC Representative

Responsibilities

• Take incoming sales and service calls = set appointments for Test Drives and Service
• Make outgoing sales and service calls = retention, call lists, appt. confirmation
• Fully explain products and services to prospects
• Call, email, correspond, follow up with new and retention customers BDC Representative
