About Us

NCN is a fast-growing business debt settlement firm headquartered in South Florida. We help business owners across the country restructure and settle merchant cash advance (MCA) debt so they can keep their doors open. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced ISO Partner Representative who knows this industry. MCA Industry Experience Required This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in the merchant cash advance industry whether on the funding side, ISO/broker side, or debt settlement side. You must understand positions, factor rates, stacking, and how to talk to merchants who are carrying MCA debt. Applicants without MCA or business funding industry experience will not be considered.

About the Role

This is NOT cold calling. You'll be working warm, pre-qualified leads business owners and ISO partners who have already expressed interest in our services. Your industry knowledge lets you hit the ground running: no ramp-up teaching you what an MCA is, just real conversations with merchants who need help.

What You'll Do

• Call and follow up with warm inbound and marketing-generated leads
• Build relationships with ISO partners and referral sources
• Qualify business owners for our debt relief programs using your MCA knowledge
• Set appointments and hand off qualified prospects to senior closers
• Track outreach and pipeline activity in our CRM
• Nurture leads through consistent, professional follow-up

Requirements

(Must-Have)

• 1+ year of experience in the merchant cash advance industry funding, ISO/brokering, underwriting, collections, or debt settlement
• Fluent in MCA terminology: positions, stacking, factor rates, daily/weekly payments, UCCs
• Strong phone presence confident, personable, persistent
• Comfortable making high volumes of calls daily
• Organized, coachable, and hungry to earn Nice to Have
• Existing ISO or broker relationships
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Experience with debt relief or settlement sales What We Offer
