Retail Sales Associate Part-Time (with Path to Full-Time) The Linden Boutique | ~$20$25/hr | Hiring Now Grand Opening This Fall at Alon Shopping Center

About Us

The Linden Boutique is a new high-end women's boutique opening at the Alon Shopping Center in San Antonio. We carry a curated selection of women's clothing, accessories, and jewelry from sought-after independent designers and we're building a small, close-knit team that takes pride in delivering an exceptional, personalized shopping experience. Brands carried include Scarlett Poppies, Rose and Rose, Rouri, LaVish, Holst and Lee, and many more. The Role We are hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join a three to four person team, reporting directly to the business owners. This is a ground-floor opportunity with a clear path to full-time for the right candidate. You'll be an integral part of our daily operations on the floor with customers, supporting inventory management, and joining our owners and buyers on occasional trips to Market. This role contributes to the boutique's success from day one, and the right candidate will share in that success through spot bonuses. We are looking for someone who can start mid-summer with a light and flexible schedule, only a few hours a week, to help with inventory setup and pop-up sales events or trunk shows heading into the fall. This phase can be built around existing work commitments. Summer availability is not required, but is strongly preferred. We will be under construction through approximately October, with a grand opening planned for October or November. At that point, significantly more hours will be available. Store hours will run Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm, with possible extended evening hours on Thursdays, Fridays and/or Saturdays. We expect reliability and substantial hours, but we will be flexible and understanding regarding life or family commitments.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day store operations as part of a collaborative small team
• Assist customers with a warm, knowledgeable approach that reflects our brand
• Process transactions and manage inventory using Square POS
• Support or lead visual merchandising in-store, on our website, and on Instagram
• Support or lead management of 1,000 item inventory across showroom and storage
• Receive, catalog, and process new inventory accurately and efficiently What We're Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Prior retail clothing or boutique experience strongly preferred
• A genuine interest in women's fashion
• Experience or proficiency with Square or a similar POS system is a strong plus
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and around holidays

Compensation
