Jim Trenary Motorsports is seeking an energetic, motivated, and customer- focused Sales Representative to join our growing powersports team! This position is ideal for someone passionate about motorcycles, side-by-sides, ATVs, and outdoor recreation. As a Sales Representative, you will help customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their lifestyle while delivering an exceptional buying experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a drive to exceed sales goals while building long-term customer relationships. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting motorcycles, side-by-sides, ATVs, and related accessories that fit their needs and budget
• Demonstrate vehicle features, performance, technology, and benefits through walkarounds and test rides when applicable
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication, follow-up, and customer service
• Promote financing options, protection plans, parts, accessories, and apparel to enhance the customer experience
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer programs, rebates, and promotions
• Assist in merchandising showroom displays to ensure vehicles and accessories are presented professionally
• Follow up with leads generated through phone calls, internet inquiries, and showroom traffic
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete all required sales documentation
• Work closely with the finance, service, and parts departments to ensure a smooth ownership experience
• Participate in dealership events, promotions, and community activities representing the Jim Trenary Motorsports brand

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred; powersports, automotive, motorcycle, or recreational vehicle sales experience is a plus
• Passion for motorcycles, side-by-sides, ATVs, and outdoor recreation
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic computer and CRM skills preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to move and position motorcycles, ATVs, and showroom merchandise when needed What We Offer
