Insurance Sales Producer Personal Lines (Auto, Home, Renters) Allstate Insurance Agency Tulsa, OK Full-Time | Base Salary + Commission | Leads Provided Are you a driven sales professional ready to build a rewarding career in insurance? We're a growing Allstate agency in Tulsa with an established book of business and a team-first culture and we're looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Producer to help us grow. Whether you're already licensed or ready to earn your P&C; license, we want to hear from you. What you'll do:

• Sell personal lines insurance products auto, home, and renters to new and existing customers
• Follow up on company-provided leads (no cold calling from scratch)
• Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and retention
• Meet and exceed monthly new business production goals

Compensation

: Base salary + commission (total earnings commensurate with experience) Schedule: MondayFriday (some flexibility available) Location: Tulsa, OK (in-office) Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
