Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. We are a fast growing telehealth company with plenty leads coming in daily for a product in high demand (no health industry experience needed). This role requires strong interpersonal skills and direct sales experience to effectively communicate with clients and close sales. Our sales cycles are one call closes ranging from 10 - 20 minutes per call. If you have experience in phone sales and a "close them now or never" mindset, then we are the team for you.

Responsibilities

• Conduct calls to warm leads to introduce our products and services.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through effective communication.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ability to work 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday. Experience
• 1 year minimum experience in direct sales, preferably phone sales but feel free to apply with other types of sales experience.
• Strong communication skills, can clearly communicate with prospects over the phone.
• Excellent closing skills with proven track record.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
