Outbound Insurance Sales Agent Lochte Insurance Agency, Inc. (Allstate)

Compensation

: $70,000 $150,000+ per year (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses) Location: In-Office with Remote Work Opportunities Available Are you driven to win? Lochte Insurance Agency is looking for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing business. This role is ideal for sales professionals who enjoy high call volume, persistent follow-up, and competing to be at the top of the leaderboard. This is not a customer service position. We are seeking someone who enjoys working internet leads, making outbound calls, maintaining a strong pipeline, and following up consistently until the sale is made. We provide the leads, training, systems, and support. You bring the drive, persistence, and desire to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Work and convert outbound leads including internet leads, cross sells, winbacks, requotes
• Make outbound calls and prospect for new business
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Follow up consistently to maximize opportunities
• Quote, close, and bind new insurance policies
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals What We're Looking For
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Sales experience preferred
• Comfortable with high call volume and outbound prospecting
• Competitive, positive, and goal-oriented
• Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven
• Looking for a career with unlimited earning potential
