Are you ready to bring your client service skills to a rockstar team? Then our Albany, NY based advertising agency is looking for you. We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will service our agency clients by developing professional long-term relationships, discovering the needs of clients, building successful media strategies, and working with internal agency departments to facilitate media campaigns and creative production. The Account Executive serves as the day-to-day point of contact with clients as well as with internal agency activation, creative, and operations teams demonstrating an ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally. You'll have a strong attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously requiring multiple touchpoints and ensuring accuracy from campaign ideation to completion.

Responsibilities

(Other duties may be assigned): Responsible for the sale and servicing of advertising accounts across multiple platforms including web, mobile, broadcast and print Must be able to build and maintain quality relationships with assigned clients Manage a portfolio of accounts Direct project management activity Prepare for and execute client project kickoff meetings Strong understanding of principles of digital and traditional marketing, including terminology, strategy, data analysis, copywriting, creative, and technical components of each media solution Create comprehensive marketing strategies for clients to meet their goals Ensure all aspects of a campaign are executed on-time and on budget Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts Help to develop new creative campaigns and adhere to brand standards Accountable for tracking and reporting of budgets throughout the lifecycle of each project Completing administrative work, as required

Requirements

: At least 4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably at an advertising agency or media company Excellent time management skills Outstanding attention to detail a must Working Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) Ability to write reports and develop proposals Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
