Customer Service and Sales Representative

Duties

: - Promptly greet customers and provide them with exceptional service - Connect customers with products and assist in making purchasing decisions - Correctly operate cash registers and handle cash transactions - Clean and organize all areas of the business - Stock retail areas and merchandise products - Upsell additional products or services - Be the product and service expert - Handle returns and exchanges - Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

Qualifications
