We're looking for an outgoing, motivated team player to join our Riverside Pawn store at our Reidsville Location as a Pawnbroker / Sales Associate! Responsibilities

:

• Welcome and assist customers with loans, purchases, and sales
• Build relationships and provide excellent service to new and returning customers
• Help customers understand product options and make confident decisions
• Meet store sales and service goals with support from your team
• Accurately handle cash and transactions
• Keep the sales floor engaging by showcasing and demonstrating products along with other actions around the store as needed

Qualifications

:

• Experience in customer service, retail, or sales (preferred but not requiredtraining provided)
• Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with people from all walks of life
• Confidence in negotiating and problemsolving
• Motivated to reach goals while always putting the customer first
