Summary Mindways Software, Inc., is a manufacturer of quantitative computed tomography (QCT) bone densitometry products for clinical and research use. As the Medical Imaging Account Manager for the United States, you will be responsible for driving QCT systems sales both to distributors and direct to end-users such as hospitals and diagnostic imaging centers.

Job Description

This is a hybrid position requiring regular in-office attendance at Mindways' office in South Austin for planning and coordination meetings. Most customer- facing activities will be either remote (phone/Teams/Zoom/etc.), at tradeshows or other in-person events, or at customer sites. Travel up to 50% may be required. Candidates must live within commuting distance of Austin or be willing to relocate without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributor and end-user staff, including CT sales personnel, radiologic technologists, radiology managers, and physicians.
• Identify and pursue qualified leads through online prospecting calls.
• Attend tradeshows, conferences, and interest groups to generate interest in QCT and identify prospects.
• Leverage knowledge of both CT imaging and bone densitometry clinical practice to become a subject matter expert on QCT.
• Coordinate with Mindways' global sales team to align messaging and marketing strategies.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of a sales strategy for a new bone densitometry product projected to receive US regulatory approval in 2027.
• Partner with marketing to support the development of sales and marketing materials.
• Work with end-user IT and management to plan and oversee QCT implementation projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5+ years of experience selling capital equipment to healthcare end-users. Candidates with less sales experience may be considered if they have a strong background in a field listed in Desired

• Diagnostic imaging experience of any kind, particularly as a CT technologist.
• Professional experience in a women's health field such as bone densitometry or mammography.
• Radiologic technologist's (RT) license. Clean driving record required.
