Cloud9 Cabinetry is seeking a Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Salesperson & Showroom Manager to lead one of our Greater Cincinnati showrooms. This role blends sales, customer relationships, and kitchen design , making it perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers create beautiful spaces while building a strong book of business. This is a base salary + commission opportunity with total earnings potential of $60,000 $150,000+ annually depending on performance.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day showroom operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Design and sell functional, beautiful kitchen and bath cabinet layouts
• Achieve and exceed personal sales goals
• Build relationships and generate new business with contractors, designers, real estate professionals, and investors
• Manage customer projects from initial consultation through final order
• Ensure consistent follow-up and high customer satisfaction
• Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• 12 years in the home improvement industry preferred
• 1-2 years of Kitchen & bath design or remodeling experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
