In March 2022, we opened a sales office in Northwest Austin, TX, and we're expanding it. We're looking for 12 driven sales professionals to join our outbound sales team and build something exceptional. You will be working alongside one of the top brokers in the industry. The Job This isn't a typical sales role. At Eastern Numismatics, you earn large commissions in two directions: When you sell rare coins and precious metals to clients When you buy rare coins and precious metals from clients That's right our unique compensation model means every client interaction is a revenue opportunity. If you're new to the buy-side of the business, we'll train you. If you're already experienced, you'll hit the ground running. Compensation

& Lifestyle Base salary + commissions + performance bonuses + benefits True work-life balance and schedule flexibility as you grow As an established broker, you'll run your book of business your way Who We're Looking For Only considering experienced telephone sales professionals with a strong track record of rare coin or precious metal sales Current or former rare coin / precious metals brokers if you've been away from the business, now is the perfect time to return Self-motivated closers Commission-driven individuals People who want to build a long-term career, not just a job Must be able to pass a annual background check with the attorney general to be licensed as a commodities broker What You Can Expect Top earners in this industry and OUR COMPANY make over $500k annually. We have seen people come into this position and make $150k+ in their first 6 months. You can earn healthy commissions while building a book here. This is a phone job. We reward strong dialers.
