Overview

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, networking, community events, and prospecting efforts
• Build relationships with prospective clients and identify their insurance needs
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Commercial, and Life Insurance products
• Educate clients on coverage options and provide clear and professional recommendations
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up on leads, renewals, and policy change
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding to client questions and resolving concerns promptly
• Meet daily activity goals and sales production expectations
• Work closely with the agency team to support overall agency growth and performance

Qualifications

• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License REQUIRED
• Personal Lines License will not qualify for this position
• Previous insurance sales experience is highly preferred
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Professional attitude with strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
• Texas Life & Health License is a strong plus Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Education:
• Associate (Preferred) Experience:
• Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Call center: 2 years (Preferred)
• Cold calling: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification:
• Texas General Lines Property and Casualty (Required) Work Location: In person
