Champion Windows and Home Exteriors is continuing its strong growth trajectory and is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to support and accelerate market expansion. This role offers a $80,000 base salary with total earning potential up to $160,000 through quarterly, and annual performance bonuses. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in developing sales talent, improving market performance, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent execution of our selling system. Position

The Sales Manager is a producing leader responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of professionally trained sales representatives.

Responsibilities

include conducting sales meetings, leading training sessions, riding along on sales appointments, and implementing strategies to continuously improve individual and team performance. What Champion Offers

Key Responsibilities

• Improve overall sales performance through coaching, training, and active leadership
• Recruit, onboard, and develop new sales team members
• Lead weekly sales meetings and ongoing training initiatives
• Conduct in-home product presentations independently and alongside team members
• Manage daily sales activity and performance across the territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated success leading and growing a sales team
• In-home sales experience preferred
• Ability to quickly learn and effectively represent Champion products
• Strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
