What You'll Do

:

• Contact homeowners to schedule appointments for our Solar Consultants
• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
• Build rapport with prospective customers
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar
• Accurately enter customer information into our CRM
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance goals
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
• Support field marketing initiatives and travel opportunities as needed This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who Has Experience In:
• Door-to-door sales
• Roofing or pest control sales

Qualifications

• Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone
• Ability to make a minimum of 100 calls per day
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solar experience is helpful but not required
