Overview

: The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and converting leads into successful catering events for offsite and onsite events. This role requires a motivated, customer-focused individual with strong communication and organizational skills. HOURS: FULL TIME, MONDAY- FRIDAY 9-5PM

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, events, and digital channels.
• Conduct client consultations to understand event needs, budgets, and preferences.
• Prepare customized catering proposals and contracts. Knowledge of Triple Seat is a plus
• Coordinate with the operations and culinary teams to ensure accurate event planning and execution.
• Greet clients, vendors, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
• Schedule client consultations, tastings, and meetings.
• Maintain and organize client files, contracts, and event details.
• Support Rothchild event center with signage updates and request
• Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and presentable.
• Handle basic accounting or payment processing tasks, as directed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, hospitality, or event planning (catering or wedding industry preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for food, events, and creating memorable client experiences.
• Expereince with CRM, event management or proposal software (tripleseat preferred)
