Elephant Structures, LLC is a Steel Building manufacturer in beautiful Boone, North Carolina. We strive to provide quality, USA manufactured buildings with great customer options and service. We manufacture 3 types of Steel Buildings, and distribute them both nationally and internationally. We are currently seeking Telemarketing Sales Representatives for our Boone office. The source of our lead information is our web-sites, classified advertising, and television ads. This is a Sales position. There is no Cold-Calling! You will be selling top of the line, USA Manufactured products.

Requirements

: The ideal candidate for this position will:

• Deliver prepared sales talks that describe our products, in order to persuade potential customers to purchase a product.
• Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit sales.
• Explain products, and answer questions from customers.
• Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
• Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
• Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
• Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
• Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
• Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders. Additional Required Skills:
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Strong history of Telephone Sales, Closing
• Experience operating a telephone in a business environment
