This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people protect their families, planning for the future, and building long-term client relationships. What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct needs-based conversations focused on life insurance and financial protection
• Make outbound calls to prospects and follow up with leads
• Identify opportunities to help customers with additional insurance and financial products
• Schedule and conduct policy reviews
• Educate customers on coverage options in a simple, approachable way
• Follow agency sales processes and customer service standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up activity
• Work closely with the team to help achieve agency goals What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required
• Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain licensing
• Experience with customer service, relationship management, or phone sales is a plus
