Join Our Team We're seeking a licensed and customer-focused Insurance Producer to join our remote sales team. Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers using phone, email, and other communication channels
• Build rapport and identify each client's insurance needs
• Present personalized insurance solutions and explain coverage options
• Prepare quotes and assist clients throughout the sales process
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing policyholders
• Promote policy retention through exceptional customer service
• Identify opportunities to provide additional coverage when appropriate
• Maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system
• Achieve individual sales and performance goals

Qualifications

• Active Alabama Property & Casualty (P&C;) License required
• Must currently reside in Alabama
• Minimum of 2 years of insurance sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively while working remotely
• Comfortable learning and using web-based sales and CRM platforms
