Route Sales and Merchandiser Local family-owned food distributor looking for a Route Sales and Merchandiser. Delivery & Distribution

• Execute timely and accurate delivery of products to retail, grocery, and commercial accounts throughout the assigned territory
• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for maximum efficiency
• Safely load, transport, and unload product using proper handling techniques
• Maintain accurate delivery records, invoices, and proof-of-delivery documentation Merchandising & Shelf Management
• Stock, rotate, and organize products on shelves, displays, and coolers following planogram guidelines
• Build and maintain eye-catching promotional displays that drive sales
• Monitor product freshness and remove outdated items per company standards
• Identify and act on opportunities to secure additional shelf space and premium placement Sales & Account Development
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with store managers and key contacts
• Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and volume goals
• Identify new business opportunities and prospective accounts within the territory Communication & Reporting
• Provide regular territory updates to management
• Communicate competitive activity and account feedback effectively
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour
