• Base salary + uncapped commission

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Follow up on leads and generate new business
• Recommend insurance solutions based on customer needs
• Achieve sales goals while providing excellent service What We're Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Willingness to obtain an Illinois Property & Casualty license before starting, and your Life & Health license within 60 days after start date If you're competitive, enjoy helping people, and want a career with unlimited growth potential, we'd love to hear from you.
