Role Summary The Account Executive (AE) builds and manages a revenue-producing book of business for The Roberts Agency Goosehead Insurance. This role drives new client acquisition, nurtures referral partnerships (realtors, lenders, small business), and delivers exceptional coverage recommendations across home, auto, flood, umbrella, and life insurance. Bilingual in Spanish is a requirement for the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell & Grow: Prospect, qualify, present, and close new P&C; policies; cross-sell and round out accounts.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean, active pipeline in the CRM; log activities, next steps, and close dates.
• Quoting & Coverage Design: Gather risk info, compare carrier options, and present clear coverage/price tradeoffs.
• Referral Partner Development: Build and service a steady cadence of intros from realtors, lenders, and centers of influence.
• Client Experience: Respond quickly, explain coverages plainly, and ensure a smooth bind/issuance process.
• Retention: Conduct annual reviews, identify gaps, and proactively remarket when appropriate.
• Compliance & Documentation: Follow carrier/agency guidelines, protect client data, and maintain accurate records.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with service/operations for smooth handoffs and 5-star client outcomes.
• Successful Metrics (KPIs): written premium, closing rates, cross sell ratios, retention and lead flow

Qualifications

• 13+ years in sales, account management, or producer role (insurance or related industry preferred but not required)
• P &C; License (or ability to obtain promptly; agency can sponsor)
• Fluency in Spanish
• Proven prospecting, presentation, and closing skills
• Strong communicationable to simplify complex coverage choices
• Comfortable typing 50+ WPM, CRM tools, computer applications, phone/video selling, and basic Excel
• High integrity, coachable, competitive, grit, be able to work independently and on a team, as well as, be goal-oriented Nice-to-Haves
• Experience working with mortgage, real estate, or financial services partners
• Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited school

• Travel: Local partner visits, closings, and community events as needed Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
