What You'll Do

as a Customer Service Representative Your primary responsibility will be to support and serve our clients. You'll be the front line of communication for customer needs from billing and policy changes to claims questions and coverage reviews. You'll help people understand their policies, provide solutions, and ensure they feel confident and cared for.

Key Responsibilities

: Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients Assist clients with billing, claims, and coverage questions Process policy changes, renewals, and documentation requests Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure proper coverage Build strong relationships with clients and deliver WOW experiences Document interactions in our systems and maintain accurate records Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for cross-sell or upsell Help onboard new clients to our agency family with professionalism and warmth Why Our Agency Is Different Jeremy Radabaugh's #1 priority is taking care of the people on our team.
