Responsibilities

:

• Drive sales growth within the hospitality sector by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitality clients, partners, and key accounts
• Present and promote products and services to prospective and existing customers
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools
• Stay current on hospitality industry trends to better serve clients and identify opportunities

Requirements

:

• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field a plus
• Must be located in or able to commute to Greensboro, NC
