Tri-State Steel is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, provides exceptional customer service, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotes and sales orders
• Enter purchase orders accurately and efficiently
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
• Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate and coordinate with vendors
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse personnel
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after each sale

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Professional customer service skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Accurate data entry skills
• Basic office math skills
• Ability to use a 10-key calculator
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous inside sales, customer service, or administrative experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Schedule
• MondayFriday
• Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $22.00 per hour
