• Strong organizational skills

Compensation

This is a 1099 commission only position, meaning your pay is entirely dependent on your performance. We provide the best leads in the area and work with 40+ manufacturers, so you are absolutely set up for success! You will be paid a commission, which is a percentage of each building you sell. The commission percentage is based on the subtotal of the price of the building. We offer the highest commission in our area. Our salespeople who just hit their weekly goal earn $2,000 per week. There is no cap on how much you can earn. There is opportunity to grow with Direct Metal Structures, as we are constantly expanding. Our Team Leads earn commission on their own sales plus a percentage of their team's sales. About us Direct Metal Structures is a small business in Mount Airy, NC. Google us!
