• Must currently reside within ~30 miles of Springfield, MO. This is an on- site, community-based role local roots and knowledge of the Springfield area strongly preferred. What You'll Do

In the Project Manager Outside Sales position, you'll guide homeowners through the roofing restoration process from the initial inspection to project completion.

Responsibilities

include:

• Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, networking, and storm restoration opportunities across the Springfield area
• Conduct roof, siding, and gutter inspections
• Educate homeowners on roofing systems, insurance claims, and replacement options
• Prepare estimates and present solutions
• Close sales and execute contracts
• Manage customer relationships throughout the entire project
• Coordinate with production and office teams to ensure successful project completion
• Collect payments and maintain accurate project documentation
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after installation

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Cell phone
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working outdoors and in a door-to-door sales environment
• Ability to climb ladders, walk on roofs, and lift up to 50 pounds
