SmartWay is a Knoxville based retailer offering home furnishings, appliances, electronics, and even tires on a Lease/Rent-to-own basis. We are the home of Pay Your Way allowing our customers to customize their rental purchase payments and change them on the fly at any time. SmartWay is looking for a customer-focused team member to join our retail store team! This role combines retail sales, customer service, merchandise delivery, and basic product setup. Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting furniture, appliances, electronics, and other products
• Build relationships with customers and provide outstanding service
• Explain payment options and promotions
• Deliver merchandise safely and professionally to customer homes
• Set up and install products as needed
• Load and unload delivery trucks
• Maintain showroom appearance and organization
• Handle customer accounts and follow up on payments when needed
• Support overall store operations and teamwork

Qualifications

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred
• Delivery, warehouse, or driving experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and dolly products weighing up to 300 lbs
• Strong communication and people skills
• Dependable, positive attitude, and team-oriented
