Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Insurance Sales & Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. In this dual role, you will manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and drive new business growth.This position offers a 100% commission-based compensation structure with unlimited earning potential.No prior insurance license is required to apply , but you must be willing and able to obtain your state insurance license within 30 to 90 days of your start date.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Answer client questions, resolve policy issues, and update account information.
• Sales Growth: Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within your book of business.
• Lead Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking and referrals.
• Policy Reviews: Conduct comprehensive reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage for their needs.
• Licensing Compliance: Complete required pre-licensing coursework and pass the state exam within the 90-day window. [1]

• Licensing: Ability to obtain a state insurance license (Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health) within 3090 days.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive to build a business.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilience: Comfortable handling rejection and making cold outreach.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to learn and navigate CRM software and insurance rating systems.
