HVAC Home Comfort Designer Northbrook, Lake Forest, and Oak Park, IL | Full-Time $60,000-$110,000+ in your first year (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission) Help homeowners make one of the most important investments in their home while building a rewarding sales career. We're looking for an experienced HVAC Home Comfort Designer to meet with homeowners, explain repair and replacement options, and recommend heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions that fit their needs and budget. You'll serve customers across three established Aire Serv locations in the Chicagoland area, giving you a larger territory and more sales opportunities than a typical single-location role. You'll receive paid training, some qualified sales opportunities, and the support of experienced HVAC technicians so you can focus on helping customers and closing sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to assess their comfort needs.
• Present repair and replacement options in a clear, honest, and consultative manner.
• Prepare estimates and close sales.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Build long-term customer relationships through outstanding service. What We're Looking For
• Proven success with in-home sales (HVAC or other home services preferred).
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• A consultative sales approach with the ability to earn customer trust.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results driven.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
