You will be responsible for both outside sales and technical sales, leveraging your expertise to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets.

Duties

• Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand market trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that showcase our technology solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or business development.
• Strong understanding of technical sales processes and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and customer data.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
