Full description of the position

We are searching for a skilled in home sales designer who can creatively design residential construction projects, determine project costs with our proprietary estimating software, and then present and sell the projects to prospective clients. This position has unlimited earning potential in a structured, team-oriented environment with on-the-job training and support that focuses on interior design, architectural design, and presentation skills. Responsibilities

Include:

• Meet with prospective clients in their home to discuss their project goals and needs.
• Properly represent our company, process, and client benefits.
• Offer creative and strategic solutions for their project wants and needs.
• Develop preliminary design drawings using an architectural design software (Chief Architect).
• Define the scope of work and determine project pricing using a proprietary estimating software.
• Sell at or beyond set goals for volume & profitability.

Requirements

Include:

• Interest or affinity for working in the home design, architecture, or construction industry.
• Personable and charismatic, with an interest in developing relationships with clients to design home solutions.
• Some successful sales experience
• Creative and strategic problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to multi task, work independently and handle multiple projects/clients
• Preferred knowledge of Chief Architect, or other CAD based software
