Duties

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online chats, providing clear information about insurance options
• Identify client needs and recommend suitable insurance policies, including health, property, casualty, and commercial insurance products
• Conduct detailed analysis of client situations to tailor coverage plans that meet their unique requirements
• Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating records, and following up on quotes or claims
• Stay informed about industry regulations, insurance policies, and benefits administration to ensure compliance and accurate advice
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products and expand client outreach through telemarketing efforts Skills

• Proven experience in sales environments such as outside sales or retail sales, with a focus on customer engagement

• Knowledge of insurance regulation, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and compliance standards
