What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the Account Services team
• Drive KPI reporting, dashboard management, and performance analytics
• Improve customer service, order processing, and team productivity
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Technical Account Managers
• Resolve customer escalations and support continuous improvement initiatives What You'll Bring
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• 5+ years of customer service, account services, or sales support experience
• Strong KPI reporting and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Bilingual English Required/Spanish preferred
