We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Representative to join our team. Responsibilities

- Assist clients with insurance needs and questions - Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities. - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients. - Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing deals. - Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and market penetration. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings to effectively position our products. Experience - Previous experience in sales, and service is preferred. - Experience in insurance sales is advantageous but not required. - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to persuade clients effectively are essential for success in this role. - A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
