We're expanding our remote team and looking for a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, having meaningful conversations, and connecting with business leaders. Our company specializes in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational performance. We work with executives, founders, HR leaders, and leadership teams to help organizations improve communication, strengthen culture, develop stronger leaders, and build healthier, higher-performing teams. As interest in our services continues to grow, we're looking for someone who can confidently engage professionals, identify opportunities, and schedule introductory conversations with qualified organizations and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Depending on experience, responsibilities may include: - Building relationships with business leaders through professional outreach - Engaging executives, founders, HR leaders, and organizational decision- makers - Qualifying prospective organizations and identifying potential opportunities - Scheduling introductory meetings for leadership consultations - Managing follow-up conversations and maintaining accurate CRM records - Collaborating with a remote team while maintaining consistent communication - Learning our outreach systems and continually improving performance Ideal Candidate You may be a strong fit if you: - Have experience in business development, sales, recruiting, client relations, appointment setting, or account management - Communicate professionally and naturally - Enjoy building relationships rather than using aggressive sales tactics - Are organized and comfortable managing multiple conversations - Are self-motivated and productive while working remotely - Are coachable and committed to continuous improvement - Have strong written communication skills Experience working with business owners, executives, HR professionals, consulting firms, or B2B organizations is a plus, but not required. Compensation

Compensation

includes a competitive performance-based pay structure with opportunities for additional incentives based on results. Additional compensation details will be discussed during the interview process based on experience and role responsibilities.
