About the Role

: Prestige Healthcare Services is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Hospital Liaison to help us grow our census and market awareness. As a key member of our team, you will work with hospital referral sources and discharge planners to review referrals, schedule admissions according to clinical capabilities, and coordinate admissions with our skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities

:

• Collaborate with hospital referral sources and discharge planners to review referrals and schedule admissions
• Coordinate admissions with our facilities to ensure a smooth transition for patients
• Use your existing relationships with referral sources to plan, develop, and implement marketing plans and programs to promote our facilities
• Host community events to provide information about our facilities, programs, services, and practices
• Utilize your marketing experience to promote our facilities and services
• Demonstrate excellent sales and relationship-building skills to build strong relationships with referral sources Additional

Qualifications

:

• 2+ years of successful experience in long-term healthcare
• Marketing experience
• Excellent sales and relationship-building skills
• Existing relationships with referral sources
• Results-oriented approach
• Passion for a consumer-driven model of service What We Offer:
• $70000 - $80000 ANNUALLY in a competitive salary range
