Full description of the position

We're hiring one person. The right one. This is a remote role in the sense that you don't need to come into an office. That said, you do have to live within 25 miles of downtown Cincinnati this is a hard requirement, not a preference, since you'll be in front of local business owners in person regularly. This will not be a "log on, send a few emails, log off" remote job. We'll know inside 60 days whether it's you.

Compensation

• $50,000 base salary
• 50% of every setup fee you close
• 10% of monthly recurring revenue for the first 6 months of every client, then 7% from month 7 on, paid every month that client stays with us
• Health insurance stipend
• Uncapped commission. Realistic OTE: $250,000 Location Remote you work from home. Cincinnati-area candidates strongly preferred because you'll want to be in front of business owners in person sometimes. Within 25 miles of downtown Cincinnati is ideal. Outside that radius, the bar gets higher. Who you are You're a dog. Relentless, charismatic, genuinely curious about people. You can trade jokes with a contractor at 7am and pitch a dermatologist at lunch and not blink at either. You walk into a coffee shop and leave with two phone numbers. You take "no" as a starting point, not an ending. You don't need to be told to follow up. Hustle matters more than a clean resume. Closed business is the only number we care about. Bonus if Claude or ChatGPT is already a tab you keep open. You've used them to write a sharper email, save an hour, or skip the meeting that should have been a Slack message. You're the kind of person who finds the tool before anyone tells you it exists. We pay you to do more of that. The person we want is the one whose old managers say some version of: "I never had to motivate them. I just pointed them at something." Schedule Full-time. Mostly your own hours, with the expectation of being available during business hours for prospect calls and on-site visits in the Cincinnati area. About 513 AI Early-stage AI agency. The founder is the original builder; the CEO has 25 years running multiple companies. We're hiring because the product is closing and we need someone whose full job is to close more.
