Job Summary

Duties

• Always maintain a safe work environment and take into consideration your safety, the safety of other employees and the safety of our customers.
• The Sales Representative will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service along with assessing customers' need.
• Maintains exceptional knowledge of appliances/ parts including product features as the industry changes.
• Understand inventory system and ensure appliance/ parts are in stock or potential availability to communicate to customers.
• Maintains knowledge of computer software systems and other technology systems.
• Ensure daily sales transactions are completed accurately, maintaining awareness of detail.
• Team up with co-workers to provide superior customer service.
• Responsible for maintaining cash drawers and balancing cash, credit cards and checks transactions daily. Preparing daily cash-out reports accurately.
• Completes required training in the expected time-frame and participates in ongoing learning opportunities. Training may require off-site and overnight travel.
• Ensure store is clean, presentable and product is well displayed.
• Adheres to company policies/procedures and protocols.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work Monday through Saturday.
• Must have great communication skills verbally/ written.
• Strong computer skills.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Must be willing to work as a team player.
• Must have pleasant demeanor and professional image and appearance.
• Able to multitask calmly and efficiently.
• Must be knowledgeable of appliances.
