Bugs don't stand a chance when you're on the job. We are a sales and development firm with serious momentum, and are looking for a Pest Control Sales Specialist. The Pest Control Sales Specialist will introduce our customers in person to pest control solutions that keep critters where they belongoutside. Ready to make bugs history? Let's talk. As a Pest Control Sales Specialist, you'll guide our customers in person toward a pest-free living experience with our services, painting a masterpiece of pest-free living, one home at a time. The Pest Control Sales Specialist role will involve turning pest problems into blank canvases for peace of mind, using creativity and sales expertise to craft lasting solutions.

Responsibilities

of the Pest Control Sales Specialist

  • Connect with our customers in person to discuss pest prevention needs and recommend appropriate service programs.
  • Promote the value of professional pest control services by educating customers on protection, convenience, and peace of mind.
  • Build trust through informative sales consultations focused on addressing common household pest concerns.
  • Identify sales opportunities by evaluating customer needs and presenting tailored service recommendations.
  • Support customer acquisition efforts through proactive outreach, relationship-building, and follow-up communication.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, service preferences, and sales outcomes.
Qualifications

of the Pest Control Sales Specialist

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach to sales.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up execution.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to sales success. Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
