About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you'll represent exciting brands through live, in-store promotions across Chicago. This isn't about standing behind a counteryou'll be front and center, engaging customers, building interest, and driving sales in real time. You'll learn how to connect with people, handle objections, and close salesall while working in a high-energy, team-driven environment. What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging directly with customers inside busy retail locations
• Promoting products through face-to-face conversations and live demonstrations
• Creating excitement and drawing attention to in-store campaigns
• Explaining offers clearly and confidently to drive sales
• Adapting your approach based on customer reactions
• Hitting personal performance targets and maximizing earnings
• Working closely with a team to deliver high-impact promotional events
