Cityview Magazine is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Advertising Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this full-time, commission-based role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, cultivating long-term client relationships, and helping local businesses grow through strategic advertising and marketing solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a sales environment, understands how to communicate value, and is passionate about building lasting partnerships within the community.

Responsibilities

:

• Identify and develop new advertising opportunities throughout the Knoxville and East Tennessee market.
• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with business owners, marketing professionals, and community leaders.
• Present customized advertising and marketing solutions designed to help clients achieve their goals.
• Manage and take ownership of your book of business through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Represent Cityview Magazine professionally at meetings, networking events, and community functions.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client expectations are met and campaigns are successful.

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience required; advertising, media, or marketing experience is a plus.
• Trainable and willingness to learn
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Quick learner with a proactive and professional attitude.
• Reliable transportation required.

Work Environment

: This position requires in-office meetings and team collaboration; however, the majority of time will be spent prospecting, meeting with clients, networking, and making sales calls throughout the community.

Compensation

: Commission-based compensation with earning potential based on experience, performance, and sales success. Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
