This is a full-time W2 position offering a guaranteed weekly base pay of $700-$800 , plus uncapped commissions and opportunities for advancement. What You'll Do

• Engage with customers inside a retail environment
• Educate shoppers on available telecommunication programs and savings opportunities
• Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist qualified customers with enrollment and account setup
• Build positive customer relationships

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to assigned retail locations
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States Schedule
• Full-time
• 40 hours per week
• Weekend availability may be required
• Flexible retail scheduling based on store hours

Compensation

• Base Pay: $700-$800 per week
