What You'll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods through door-to-door prospecting
• Generate leads by offering free exterior inspections
• Build relationships with homeowners
• Schedule property inspections
• Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships
• Work with our production and office teams throughout the sales process
• Meet weekly sales goals and participate in ongoing training What We're Looking For
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to walk several miles throughout the day
• Sales experience is helpful but not required

Compensation

This is a commission-only sales position with uncapped earning potential. Top performers can earn a substantial income based on performance. Your first 4 weeks of training are paid , giving you the opportunity to learn our proven sales system before transitioning to full commission.
