Looking for a meaningful leadership opportunity in youth sports? National Academy of Athletics (NAofA) is seeking motivated, community-driven leaders to serve as a Territory Manager within an existing franchise-owned territory. This role is ideal for someone who wants to lead local youth sports programs, build community relationships, manage coaches, & help grow programs in their area, while working under the direction of a franchise owner & with the support of a national brand. This is an immediate income opportunity with room to grow based on performance, leadership, & program expansion. Details can be discussed during your initial call. Cities within territory: Cedar Park, Round Rock, & the North Austin area.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with schools, parks & recreation departments, & community partners
• Launch & oversee youth sports programs (camps, clinics, leagues, PE support)
• Recruit, train, & manage local coaches
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, equipment, & daily operations
• Promote programs using NAofA's proven marketing tools
• Serve as the local leader & primary point of contact
• Work closely with the franchise owner to support territory growth, program quality, & community impact

Compensation

& Growth

• $18 - $22/hour based upon experience
• $20/hour for on-site coaching
• 25% commission on net revenue from successfully run programs Time Commitment
• Approximately 1520 hours per week
• Part-time to start, with the ability to grow into full-time income Who This Is For
