: STANLEY GB OPS LLC is looking for a driven and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Greensboro, NC. Responsibilities

:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive hotel revenue and occupancy growth
• Prospect, solicit, and secure new business accounts across corporate, group, and leisure segments
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
• Conduct property tours, sales presentations, and client entertainment to promote hotel offerings
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages in alignment with revenue management goals
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with hotel initiatives
• Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends
• Represent the hotel at local networking events, trade shows, and community organizations

Requirements

:

• 2+ years of hotel sales or hospitality sales experience required
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
• Strong knowledge of group sales, corporate accounts, and event/catering sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) and CRM software
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
